Portable Ovens
SMATO" make Portable Ovens are designed for lower temperatures and are very handy being light weight resulting into easy maneuvering and to hold low loads for heat treating. This model is a special feature catering to the needs of small scale entrepreneurs. The durable, Heavy-Gauge Steel construction offers long product life. Furthermore, our portable models are furnished with Strip Heaters ensures even temperature at points inside the chamber.
This handy portable oven, only 470 mm high and 65 mm in diameter, gives fast access to up to 2 Kg of stabilized rods in the shop or in the field. It operates on 230 volt, AC. Thermostatic control maintains oven temperature in the Ambient to 200°C range.
Portable Rod Oven

This handy portable oven, only 475 mm high and 85 mm in diameter, gives fast access to up to 4 kg of stabilized rods in the shop or in the field. It operates on 230 volt, AC. Thermostatic control maintains oven temperature in the Ambient to 250°C range.
Mother Oven
SMATO" make Mother Ovens are ideal and designed for higher temperature requirements and holding capacities of welding electrodes and are generally stationary models. M.S. shelves and rods inside the oven enable accommodation of varied sizes of welding electrodes for heat treating prior its actual welding act.
Long lasting Finned Tubular Heaters ensure even temperature inside the chamber. Digital controlling system with K Type Thermocouple Sensor ensures fair accuracy and helps maintain temperature inside the oven resulting into even drying of the welding rods for superior quality welding.
